LilyMatthews deliver to Britain, Ireland and Europe.

For UK deliveries we use a courier service, please allow 2 – 3 working days for in stock items. Often it is sooner, but this cannot be guaranteed. if you require items faster than this, please contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

When your order is being dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you, for you to be able to check the staus. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or to arrange re delivery.

Standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order of items under 25kg
Items with a total weight of over 25kg will be charged at the higher rate of £14.95

For European deliveries delivery rates are £25 the euro equivalent will be shown if that currency is selected. The delivery rate will clearly be shown early in the checkout process. Estimated time is 5-7 days. Tracking numbers will allow you to check the status of your delivery.
