When can I expect my delivery?

Christmas deliveries – Order by 1pm on the 19th December for delivery Christmas Eve. Orders after this time cannot be guaranteed for Christmas.

Deliveries are normally within2-3 working days. Usually this is sooner but cannot be guaranteed. You will be emailed at the time of despatch and if you provide your email address you can follow the status of your delivery from the tracking number provided at the time of despatch.

If you need items sooner than this please contact us using the form provided under ‘contact us’ and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Deliveries outside the UK should be within 5 days.

We deliver within Britain, Ireland and most of Europe.
 

Cleaning and care

How do I keep the suede on my floor cushions clean?

Spot cleaning:
In the case of stains or spills, mop up any liquid and gently scrape of any soil. Use of mild stain removers and cleaning agent is fine, but be careful with water. Over wetting can mark.
Mix a small amount of cleaning solution and water and apply with a clean white cloth. Rub gently . Blot dry with a clean towel, apply cool water and blot again. Dry quickly with a hairdryer.

General cleaning:
Day to day, a brush , a shake, a quick smack and a short hoover should be all they need. If they need more they can be dry cleaned.
The tough suede can be brushed with a stiff brush to remove any dirt

Can I wash my wool or velvet scatter cushions?

Both these items are dry clean only using PCE. Do not iron. Velvet can be steamed lightly from a distance to lift pile, simply hold a steam iron a few centimetres above the fabric or cushion (don’t let the iron touch the velvet) then run your hand over the slightly damp velvet and you will see it lift and ‘marks’ disappear.

How do I care for my seat pads and tablecloths?

The seat pad cover can be removed for cleaning and this advice applies to covers and tablecloths;

Handwashing: Covers can be soaked in a solution of 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water.
Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Air dry.

Machine washing: wash in cool water with mild washing powder. Air dry.

DO NOT USE A STEAM IRON,IF YOU MUST IRON THEM USE THE IRON ON NO STEAM ‘SYNTHETIC HEAT’

Spot treat stains, testing a small area first and allowing to dry.

How do I clean the inner pad to my seat pads?

These pads can be hand-washed in warm (not hot) water or in a machine at 40 degrees (max) wool cycle and then tumble-dried. Do not iron.
